Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind, vintage, handmade, or timeworn by nature, we kindly ask that you review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can help find a solution.

Due to the unique and often handmade or vintage nature of our collections, the following items are generally non-returnable:

• Vintage and antique items

• Handmade and one-of-a-kind creations

• Custom or personalized pieces

• Seasonal or clearance items

Returns or exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis for eligible items that are unused and returned in their original condition.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you promptly.

Please Note

Many Bella Bee pieces intentionally feature imperfections, aged finishes, patina, distressing, and signs of wear that are part of their charm and character. These details are not considered defects, but part of the beauty and story of each piece.

Shipping Policy

At Bella Bee Decor, every order is carefully packed with attention and care to help ensure your items arrive safely and beautifully.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Because many items are handmade, restored, vintage, or one-of-a-kind, some orders may require additional preparation time.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size, weight, and nature of the item.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select items at Creative Sol Makery in Garden City, Michigan. If pickup is available for your purchase, details will be provided at checkout or arranged after purchase.

Vintage & Handmade Items

Many Bella Bee Decor items are fragile, vintage, handcrafted, or uniquely restored. We take extra care in packaging these special pieces; however, slight variations, aged finishes, and timeworn details are part of their character and are not considered shipping damage or defects.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

• the damaged item

• the shipping box

• all packaging materials

This helps us assist you quickly with shipping claims or possible resolutions.

Shipping Delays

Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Bella Bee Decor is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.
